The AgAID Institute is a multi-disciplinary, collaborative effort involving faculty and scientists with expertise in a diverse range of areas in computer science, agriculture, and agricultural outreach.
For the Institute, Education and extension are essential to create an AI-ready and Ag-aware workforce and facilitate technology adoption. When our research students get incorporated into an iterative process with a philosophy of continual engagement through hands-on learning experiences, extension and education can become a vehicle for responsible innovation.
